How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that material you submitted was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including: your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your contact information with consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringers
Bendy Brains reserves the right to terminate accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
